We manage business and organisation websites including corporate sites, blogs, service-based websites, and e-commerce platforms. Whether your site is built on WordPress or another common CMS, we focus on keeping it secure, performant, and reliable.

The Website Clarity Call is a short consultation where we review your website, understand your goals, and identify any immediate issues. After the call, we recommend the most suitable management plan based on your website’s needs.

Once a plan is agreed and payment is completed, we’ll send you an onboarding form and access request. After securing access and completing initial checks, your website enters active management within 24-48 hours.

All access is handled securely and only for the purpose of managing your website. Where required, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Access details are stored securely and removed immediately if the service ends.

Communication is primarily handled via email. Pro plan clients receive priority support. For reviews or strategic discussions, calls can be scheduled when needed.

You’ll receive a monthly report outlining website health, performance, key actions taken, and recommendations. Urgent issues are communicated as they arise.

Our services are billed monthly. We ask for reasonable notice if you plan to pause or end the service, allowing us to complete ongoing tasks and prepare a proper handover if required.

Yes. Pro plan clients receive priority support for urgent issues. For other plans, urgent matters are addressed as quickly as possible within working hours.

If you choose to end the service, we’ll provide a final report, confirm handover of access, and securely remove our access from your systems.
